Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India (and internationally upon request). If your location isn’t available at checkout, feel free to contact us, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you!

How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery time varies by location:

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime through your account dashboard.

Are your products suitable for gifting?
Absolutely! Many of our items are gift-ready, and we even offer complimentary gift packaging on select products. You can also leave a note at checkout for personalized messages.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please email us at support@sagestudio.shop within 12 hours of placing your order.
